As director of communications and marketing for TASC and its Center for Health and Justice, Daphne Baille helps shape public discourse to advance social change. In addition to overseeing TASC’s strategic communications and media outreach, she provides training and consultation on social marketing, stigma reduction, and behavior change communication.

In more than 25 years at TASC, Daphne has convened national conferences, coordinated media events, and co-authored numerous articles, reports, and curricula on topics ranging from jail-based health care enrollment to community roles in addiction recovery. She serves on the planning committee for National Recovery Month, and regularly contributes to TASC’s programmatic and public policy initiatives to create more equitable systems of justice.

Daphne earned her BA from the University of Notre Dame and her MA with distinction from DePaul University.
