Alicia Osborne, MA, CRC, LCPC

As director of business development for TASC operations, Alicia Osborne combines her skills in development and clinical service delivery in order to help grow and strengthen TASC’s services in Illinois.

She has more than three decades’ experience in behavioral health services, is a board member of the Illinois Problem Solving Court Association, and past president of the Mental Health Court Association of Illinois. Alicia often speaks at national conferences and in other public forums on substance use treatment and alternatives to incarceration at state and local levels.

Alicia joined TASC in 2004 and has served as a program administrator and the director of Cook County operations. With a focus on cross-systems collaboration, she also has co-led TASC’s juvenile justice services, child welfare and family services, and corrections reentry programs, and guided the development of TASC’s outpatient treatment services, launched in 2017.

Prior to joining TASC, Alicia provided management and clinical services for a number of organizations in New York City, including Mount Sinai Hospital, the New York Urban League, the New York Health and Hospitals Corporation, and Damon House.

Alicia received her BA in psychology from the College of St. Elizabeth (Morristown, New Jersey) and her MA in Rehabilitation Counseling from New York University. She is a certified rehabilitation counselor (CRC) and a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC).
